This class builds function, form and strength through barbell, kettlebell and dynamic movement patterns. There is a significant emphasis on core and pelvic health athleticism. Programming is cycled and modified accordingly to meet the individual needs of all members.

*Before becoming a member of this class, completion of a postpartum program, personal training or the series of 3 consults must be completed. This is to ensure that terminology and basic movement patterns are in place.
